What are the terms and conditions of the draw?

All consumers who purchase the Device(s) from 17th March to 30th April 2024 are eligible for the Consumer Promotion. (Hereinafter referred to as "Promotion").

• Promotion Requirements:

  • Customers must purchase a brand new Galaxy Mobile device or Tablet from an Online Outlet or Offline Outlet during the promotion Period and activate it on or before 30th April, 2024, to qualify for the Promotion.
  • Single entry of device IMEI is only valid for the promotion except the referral entry points.

• Winner Selection:

  • Weekly evaluation of entries will occur, with winners chosen per week (as mentioned below) starting from 1st April 2024 until 3rd May 2024.

    To end Consumer: Weekly – 01 winner of refrigerator “RT37B4513S8/IG” ,21 winners of A05 “6+64” mobile phone, 70 winners of Gift bundle packs & 01 winner of grand Price of 75'' crystal UHD TV “UA75CU8000RXSG”.

    To Merchants: (For the Grand winner prize selected merchant will be eligible to get free of cost one unit of washing machine FRONT LOADING 10.5KG (WD10T654DBN/S1) and also Weekly winners of the prize of Refrigerators selected merchants will be eligible to get free of cost 6 units (1 unit per merchant) of Fit3 devices.

  • All valid entries will undergo in Web portal entries, and final winners will be selected by samsung management.

• Prize Details:

  • To end Consumer:

    If a customer purchases a brand new Galaxy Mobile device or Tablet is selected as a winner in this Promotion, then the customer will receive a prize i.e. 01 unit of free brand new samsung refrigerator “RT37B4513S8/IG”, 01 unit of free brand new Galaxy A05 “6+64” Device, 01 unit of free gift bundle pack free of cost; (free bundle pack is included with Bag, mug, tumbler, cap, umbrella), one units of free 75'' crystal UHD TV “UA75CU8000RXSG” as a grand price for one winner)

• Prize Collection:

  • Winners must submit necessary documents (a copy of National Identity Card and Original Invoice of the device purchase) for verification and can collect the gift pack from Samsung's location at Access Towers - 21st Floor, No. 278_4, Union Place, Colombo 02.

• Announcement of Winners:

  • Winners will be announced on Samsung's official social media channels (Facebook and/or Instagram) on a weekly basis.

• Disqualification Clause:

  • If a winner is unreachable within 3 days, ineligible, submits false/forged documents, fails to pay applicable taxes, or fails to claim the Prize within one month since the winner announced, the Prize shall be forfeited, and no claims will be entertained against Samsung or its authorized third party.

• Taxation and Disclaimer:

  • Prizes shall be at the sole discretion of Samsung and provided on an "As Is" basis. Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes.

• Participation Agreement:

  • Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Participants agree to receive communications from Samsung and its event management company.
  • Participants agree not to raise any claims against Samsung or its affiliates.

• Non-Compliance Clause:

  • Customers who do not adhere to the timelines of pre-order and Device purchase will not be eligible for the Offer, and the Offer shall stand forfeited.
